» 1. July is the month to celebrate diversity. Woof Pack, a group of creators, artists and activists, reflects on the global phenomenon that is June Pride month. They are hosting the LGBT+ Kaleidoscope Through My Lens exhibition. Bringing together a long list of renowned Thai photographers, "Through My Lens" captures the beauty and candour of the Thai LGBT+ community. The photos reflect on societal taboos of nudity and sexuality, exploring the emotions and difficulty of identifying beyond the bounds of gender roles. The exhibition is run until July 22 in the Woof Pack Space located in Sala Daeng.

» 1 May 17 is the annual International Day Against Homophobia, Transphobia and Biphobia (Idahot). To mark the day, Museum Siam is hosting a "Gender Illumination" exhibition to explore the history and life stories of LGBTI people in Thailand. On display are children's artworks, pride costumes and LGBTI printed media, plus personal items shared by members of the community that reflect their gender expression, as well as acceptance and rejection from society. The exhibition is open daily (except for Mondays), 10am-6pm, until Sept 30. Free admission. Suitable for people of all genders and ages.

» 1. There's fun for the whole family this Songkran at Megabangna's Mega Splash ... Mega Lanna Happiness. The mall will turn into the ancient Kingdom of Lanna and will be extravagantly decorated with flags and lanterns. » 1 Art gallery, bar and tattoo shop Maison Close BKK will be hosting a special art exhibition, Ero Guro, at their venue tonight, 8pm. It will focus on the Japanese artistic movement of "ero guro", which uses grotesque images of spirits and sexuality to portray eroticism, sexual corruption and decadence. The movement began in Japan in the 1930s. The exhibition will feature works from some of the best contemporary ero-guro artists, including Toshio Saeki, Suehiro Maruo and more.
