Court upholds jail in WEH fraud case

» The Criminal Court has overturned a previous acquittal and sentenced Khunying Korkaew Boonyajinda and her son-in-law, Nop Narongdej, to two years in prison each, without suspension, after finding them guilty of using forged documents to transfer over 20 billion baht worth of shares in Wind Energy Holding (WEH).
