» BANGKOK – 22 January 2026 – One Bangkok is pleased to announce Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation (SMBC) as the inaugural anchor tenant of One Bangkok Tower 2. The relocation, SMBC’s first local office move in over a decade, is slated for the fourth quarter of 2026.
