» IRPC Public Company Limited has issued a clarification regarding its status in connection with the Surat Thani oil tank rental agreement. Under this agreement, IRPC assumes full responsibility on a rental basis only and does not have any authority over the control, supervision or management of other oil tanks owned by different companies within the same cargo area.
