» Road subsidence on Samsen Road in front of Vajira Hospital severely disrupted the local electricity network earlier this week, prompting an immediate response from the Metropolitan Electricity Authority (MEA). On 24 September 2025, MEA executives and staff, led by Deputy Governor (Distribution System Service) Pipat Chonumpai, visited the site to monitor conditions, inspect the safety of power poles and electrical lines, and oversee restoration work.
