Asian pizzas

Guru, Pornchai Sereemongkonpol, Published on 29/01/2021

» You read the headline right. Under the new management of Destination Eats, Scoozi, which has been around since 1997, adds Urban Pizza into its title and new Asia-inspired toppings to its menu. If you think putting pineapple on pizza is blasphemous, you may want to stop reading now since what follows is all about Asian-esque pizzas that the Italian restaurant chain offers.

Amari anew

Guru, Pornchai Sereemongkonpol, Published on 31/01/2020

» Amari Pattaya, which underwent major renovations last year, now offers the new Amari Suites and original-but-fully-rejuvenated Amari Tower. It immediately gives guests a sense of arrival with its vast and spacious lobby at Amari Tower. The receptionists work with their backs to a huge and beautiful wall panel created by Italian artist Alex Turco. It shows different shades of blue, fitting to Amari Pattaya's beachside location. Look above and you'll see a very long rattan chandelier that resembles the clouds. Living up to its family-friendly status, a counter is dedicated to a children's check-in. Yep, you read that right. A young guest who's below the age of 12 can "check-in" and receive vouchers and small gifts. Gimmicky, definitely yes. But it should make the kids feel special and welcome. And who wouldn't like that?

Don't look down!

Guru, Eric E Surbano, Published on 07/12/2018

» The Big Mango is home to a beautiful skyline and a number of towering skyscrapers. A casual walk along Sukhumvit or Sathon and a glance upwards will prove this to be true, but towering behemoths aren't enough these days. The latest trend are skywalks and high-elevated walkways -- clear glass-bottomed floors that give you an unhindered sight of the many, many feet below, turn your legs to jelly and make your stomach turn. Of course, many are braving these side effects for the sake of a great photo and IG post. Are you willing to take on these heights for 'Gram? Pick one of the five or visit all and test your mettle.
