    CAT encourages Thai farmers to switch to Smart Farmers

    » CAT Telecom Public Company Limited (CAT), the state-owned company that runs Thailand's international telecommunications infrastructure, is putting Internet of Things (IoT) technology at the service of Thai agriculture. Its objective is to encourage Thai farmers to learn and utilise digital technology throughout their farms. Under the name “CAT Digital Come Together”, CAT hopes that IoT will be a learning hub for exchanging knowledge in anticipation of using technology creatively in order to push farmers into a full-fledged Smart Farmer community.
