Japanese destroyers make port call in Vietnam

» CAM RANH, VIETNAM — Two vessels belonging to Japan's Maritime Self-Defence Force (MSDF) made a port call Tuesday at Vietnam's strategic point of Cam Ranh Bay facing the South China Sea.
