» At the start of the season probably no managerial seat in British football looked more secure than that of Brendan Rodgers at Celtic Park. In his second spell at Celtic he had just won successive titles to go with the other two he earned during his first stint in 2017 and 2018. With Old Firm rivals Rangers in disarray and sacking manager Russell Martin things looked nicely set up for Rodgers to add to the Celtic trophy cabinet.

» The appointment of Thomas Tuchel as England coach has been met with mixed reactions. While it has generally been well received by fans, some of the tabloids are unhappy the job hasn't gone to an Englishman. They are particularly upset at Tuchel being German, digging up fallacious archaic arguments going back to World War II.

It must be the most traditional piece of music to grace a football stadium in the English League and quite appropriate for a team nicknamed the Foxes.
