"Chang Sensory Trails", curated by LA-based Chef Jet Tila, Thailand's Culinary Ambassador to the USA, featured a selection of mouthwatering dishes triggered from memories of his time spent in Thailand. The inaugural event was held in Singapore at the Bay Front Event Space last month and was set in a multi-sensorial playground amid music, lighting and what else, of course, but copious amounts of Chang beer. Guru was more than happy to join in on all the festivities and flavours.
