Life, John Clewley, Published on 16/01/2018
» In recent years, several master photographers, whose work captured the post-independence rise of popular music, have emerged from West Africa. Fishing for a Pleats Please Issey Miyake exclusive
Life, Parisa Pichitmarn, Published on 18/01/2018
» If you're a fan of Pleats Please Issey Miyake, drop by their duplex store at Siam Discovery for an exclusive limited collection which celebrates the brand's 10th anniversary in Thailand. Although we love our big-budget blockbusters with their high-profile movie stars and dazzling special effects, all the while being seated comfortably in a luxurious, state-of-the-art cinema, they eventually become mundane after multiple repeated viewings. Therefore for some of us, we long to watch something different.

Guru, Eric E Surbano, Published on 19/01/2018
» The setting: Tucked away in soi 36 of the growing riverside destination of Charoen Krung lies French St., away from the noise and pollution of the crowded Bangkok streets that make it a perfect getaway dining destination. Opened for three weeks, the aesthetic and atmosphere of the restaurant contributes to the casual and relaxing feel that the restaurant is going for. While there is an option to dine and chill indoors, where the bar is, as well as in the second floor dining room, the garden is definitely the go-to spot for diners. It's bathed with just the right amount of sunlight during the afternoon and adorned with twinkling lights and candles on the tables during the evening. The casual, laid-back vibe French St. gives off is not just evident in the restaurant itself, but also the food.
