ยป In our last column on Jan 17, we gave a brief overview of some of the tax-related issues Thailand could face once the Asean Economic Community is formed in 2015. Although it is still too early to judge the impact on the Thai tax environment after 2015, it is very important to start thinking about the country's tax approach and potential tax reforms in order to deal with the AEC ahead of time.
