» City Dynamic, a joint venture between City Realty and Swire Properties, has appointed Seafco Public Company Limited (SEAFCO) as the piling contractor for its ultra-luxury residential development on Wireless Road. This appointment follows the project's Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) approval in the first quarter of 2025, allowing construction to commence. Piling and diaphragm wall works are scheduled for completion by the fourth quarter of 2025.
