» วิถีชุมชนคนหาปลาที่ท้ายเขื่อนอุบลรัตน์ บ้านท่าลาด อำเภอโนนสัง จังหวัดหนองบัวลำพู เป็นการหาปลาโดยสะดุ้งยักต์หรือยอขนาดใหญ่ ที่ใช้ภูมิปัญญาชาวบ้านในการยกขึ้นลงโดยไม่ใช้เครื่องจักร สร้างด้วยงบประมาณ 50,000 บาท ใช้ได้ 5-6 ปี ในขณะที่กรมอุตุนิยมวิทยาประกาศเตือนฝนตกหนักหลายจังหวัด ซึ่งในเขื่อนๆต่างๆก็จะมีปริมาณน้ำเข้ามาเพิ่มทำให้ภาคการเกษตรมีน้ำที่อุดมสมบูรณ์ ส่วนทางพื้นที่ราบและเป็นพื้นที่รับน้ำต้องเตรียมรับมือกับฝนตกและลมพัดแรงจังหวัดหนองบัวลำภู ร่วมกับ การท่องเที่ยวแห่งประเทศไทย (ททท.) และเครือข่ายต่างๆในจังหวัดหนองบัวลำภู ผนึกกำลังส่งเสริมการตลาดท่องเที่ยวออนไลน์ (Online Marketing) ด้วยกิจกรรมประชาสัมพันธ์แหล่งท่องเที่ยว วัฒนธรรม อาหารถิ่น สินค้าชุมชน ศักยภาพความพร้อมของที่พักและสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกต่างๆในจังหวัด โดยนำคณะสื่อมวลชน เดินทางท่องเที่ยวเพื่อสัมผัสเอกลักษณ์ที่โดดเด่นของจังหวัดในมิติของ “ธรรมชาติ ธรรมะ และวัฒนธรรม” จำนวน 4 เส้นทาง ได้แก่ เส้นทางธรรมชาติ “เที่ยวใกล้ๆไม่ไกลเมืองหนองบัว” เส้นทางธรรมะ “เที่ยวธรรมะ สุขใจ ไปหนองบัวลำภู” เส้นทางวัฒนธรรม ได้แก่ “วิถีชุมชน คนหาปลา @ โนนสัง” และ “แพรพรรณลุ่มภู สู่วิถีชุมชน” โดยสื่อมวลชนจะได้เปิดประสบการณ์ท่องเที่ยวใหม่ๆ ถ่ายทอดมุมมองของสถานที่ต่างๆและร่วมทำกิจกรรม workshop แลกเปลี่ยนความคิดเห็นเพื่อนำมาใช้ต่อยอดพัฒนาการท่องเที่ยวของจังหวัด/Published caption : A large fish trap is deployed in Ubolratana dam in Ban Thalat of Nong Saeng district of Nong Bua Lam Phu.
