    So into you, Ariana

Life, Parisa Pichitmarn, Published on 22/08/2017

» It's true how beautiful people can do no wrong. They can be doing nothing in front of a screen for 10 minutes and people will still be entranced. That was exactly how Ariana Grande's first concert in Bangkok last Thursday kicked off. With a countdown video of her checking herself out looking pretty, swinging around her hair, interacting with her crew and teasing the audience with "I-can't-hear-you" by leaning her ear in towards the camera.

The go-to fashion brand for petite ladies

Muse, Parisa Pichitmarn, Published on 09/12/2017

» Sweet and petite, Rassarine "Kathy" Tanachaiwattanapokin makes the kind of clothes that are perfect for small, dainty women. Although her feminine brand, Made of Fabric, has been around since 2011, it was only this season that the founder/designer presented her autumn/winter collection, "Dreamless Romance", with a big, rosy splash at CentralWorld. With a childhood spent around fabrics and a master's degree in fashion from Istituto Maragoni, Rassarine has turned her passion into a popular label -- so much so that Chinese tourists make her store a stop on their travel itineraries. Using herself as the prototypical model, you'll be sure to always find itsy-bitsy pieces here (Kathy loves short hemlines because they make legs look longer). We talked to the designer about her brand's history and why the girlie girls love it.

From the Big Apple to the Big Mango

Muse, Parisa Pichitmarn, Published on 26/05/2018

» It's all been there done that on the Cannes Lion advertising award circuit for Kantapon Metheekul. The young creative executive has won many awards, been featured in several publications and has illustrated for a handful of high street and luxury fashion brands -- but that's not his true calling. As someone who loved to draw since he was five, it was only natural that Kantapon's veins throbbed to become a full-time artist -- to draw his own creations and not what others briefed him to. After three years of working for advertising agencies, he packed his bags and headed to New York to become an artist.
