» ตำรวจปราบปรามยาเสพติดเปิดยุทธการ “ขุดทรัพย์ แก๊งไอซ์ข้ามชาติ มังกรจาง” ยึดทรัพย์เครือข่ายยาเสพติดแม่สอดเมื่อเวลา 06.00 น.วันที่ 20 ธ.ค. พล.ต.อ.เฉลิมเกียรติ ศรีวรขาน รอง ผบ.ตร. พล.ต.ท.ชินภัทร สารสิน ผู้บัญชาการตำรวจปราบปรามยาเสพติด (ผบช.ปส.) กับพวกสนธิกำลังเจ้าหน้าที่ ป.ป.ส. เจ้าหน้าที่ ปปง.ฝ่ายปกครอง ทหาร และหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องเข้าตรวจค้นและอายัดทรัพย์สินที่ได้มาจากการค้ายาเสพติดจำนวน 11 จุดใน อ.แม่สอด จ.ตาก และอีกหลายจุดทั่ว กทม. ลพบุรี เชียงใหม่ และเชียงราย ที่เป็นเครือข่ายค้ายาไอซ์รายสำคัญมีหมายจับของทางการเมียนมารวมอยู่ด้วย หลังจากก่อนหน้านี้พนักงานสอบสวนรวบรวมพยานหลักฐานขอออกหมายจับในคดีฟอกเงิน สมคบกันค้ายาเสพติด รวม 3 ราย ประกอบด้วย นายสือ หรืออาสือ ทรงกิตติกุล อายุ 48 ปี ชาวพม่าที่ถือพาสปอร์ต 2 สัญชาติมีที่อยู่ในประเทศไทย บ้านเลขที่ 205 หมู่ 9 ต.แม่กาษา อ.แม่สอด จ.ตาก นายประพัฒน์ แซ่ต๋วง อายุ 27 ปี และนางนาทอ ยอดมหาวัน แม่ยาย ผู้ร่วมขบวนการค้ายาไอซ์ข้ามชาติรายสำคัญที่มีเครือข่ายเชื่อมโยงนายอัครกิตต์ วรโรจน์เจริญเดช หรือเบนซ์ เรซซิ่ง อดีตสามี นางเอกสาว แพท-ณปภา ตันตระกูล ผลการตรวจค้น ตำรวจ ปส.ได้นำกำลังเข้าจับกุมนายประพัฒน์ แซ่ต๋วง อายุ 27 ปี และแม่ยาย ได้ที่บ้าน 105/2 ถนนสองแคว ต.แม่สอด อ.แม่สอด จ.ตาก ส่วนนายอาสือ หรือจาง ทรงกิตติกุล ตัวการใหญ่เจ้าของฉายา “มังกรจาง” ไหวตัวหลบหนีไประยะหนึ่งแล้ว เจ้าหน้าที่จึงเข้าอายัดทรัพย์สินเป็นบริษัท เซาท์เทิร์น ครอส กรุ๊ป จำกัด เลขที่ 200 หมู่ 2 ต.แม่กาษา อ.แม่สอด จ.ตาก บนเนื้อที่ 22 ไร่ ที่สร้างขึ้นเตรียมทำธุรกิจค้าพลอยและอัญมณีบังหน้าฉาก ภายในบริษัทยังทำห้องลับอยู่ใต้ดินเป็นทางเดินยาวกว่า 100 เมตรไปทะลุอีกจุดด้านหลังไว้สำหรับกรณีฉุกเฉินหากถูกจู่โจมตรวจค้น นอกจากนี้ยังมีห้องเคมีภัณฑ์ต้องสงสัยเป็นที่ผลิตสารเสพติดจำพวกยาไอซ์อีกด้วยสำหรับเบื้องหลังปฏิบัติการกวาดล้างตัดวงจรการเงินของแก๊งค้ายาไอซ์ข้ามชาติ เริ่มต้นจากเมื่อประมาณเดือน ก.ย. 2559 ต่อเนื่องถึงเดือน พ.ย. 2559 ตำรวจ บช.ปส. ร่วมกับเจ้าหน้าที่ ป.ป.ส. หน่วยปราบปรามยาเสพติดประเทศสหรัฐอเมริกา และหน่วยปราบยาเสพติดของประเทศออสเตรเลียติดตามพฤติกรรมเครือข่ายของอาสือ หรือนายสือ ทรงกิตติกุล พ่อค้ายานรกรายใหญ่ในเมียนมา เตรียมส่งยาไอซ์ 200 กก. จากเมียนมาผ่านประเทศไทย และมาเลเซีย เพื่อไปแดนจิงโจ้ แต่การเจรจาไม่เป็นผล กระทั่งเมื่อวันที่ 15 พ.ย.2559 เครือข่ายของอาสือเตรียมนำยาไอซ์ 1,700 กก.ในเมียนมาไปส่งลงเรือไม่ทราบสัญชาติที่ลอยลำอยู่กลางทะเลอันดามัน ทว่าทางการเมียนมาทราบข่าวได้เข้าจับกุมผู้ต้องหาร่วมแก๊ง 2 คน ของกลาง ยาไอซ์ ประมาณ 1,100 กิโลกรัม ภายในรถยนต์ก่อนขยายผลค้นโกดังเก็บของในเมืองย่างกรุง ยึดยาไอซ์เพิ่มอีก 621 กก. พร้อมจับกุมผู้ต้องหาเพิ่ม 2 คน เป็นชาวไต้หวัน เหตุเกิดในเมืองย่างกุ้ง ประเทศเมียนมาจากการสอบสวนพบนายอาสือ หรือสือ ทรงกิตติกุล เป็นเจ้าของยาเสพติดทั้งหมด ทางการเมียนมาได้ทำหนังสือถึงประธานสำนักงานประสานงานชายแดน (BLO) อ.แม่สอด จ.ตาก แจ้งขอให้ไทยช่วยสืบสวน จับกุม นายอาสือ หรือสือ ทรงกิตติกุล และนางหลิง จู่จู่ ภรรยากับพวกที่มีส่วนร่วมในการกระทำความผิด หลบหนีจากย่างกุ้งเข้ามากบดานในไทย พ.ต.อ.พิศาล เอิบอาบ รอง ผบก.ขส.บช.ปส. ได้รับการประสานงานจากหน่วยปราบปรามยาเสพติดของสหรัฐอเมริกาประจำ จ.เชียงใหม่ จึงรวบรวมพยานหลักฐานในคดีต่าง ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับเครือข่ายยานรกดังกล่าว ตรวจสอบเส้นทางการเงินนานกว่า 1 ปี ถึงดีเดย์ปฏิบัติการอายัดทรัพย์แก๊งยาไอซ์ข้ามชาติหลายจุดใน อ.แม่สอด จ.ตาก และอีกหลายจังหวัดร่วมเครือข่ายฟอกเงิน รวมมูลค่าไม่ต่ำกว่า 150 ล้านบาทPublished caption : A drug suspect leads police to a tunnel under the Southern Cross Group Co’s premises in Tak’s Mae Sot district yesterday.
