» Having just about scraped through the Year of the Chicken, here we are seven days into 2018 and wondering what's in store during the Year of the Dog. It probably won't be all that great, but we'll leave the gloom and doom to the experts. Let's just hope it's a least a bit more enjoyable than the past couple of years which have really been quite awful, and almost of an annus horribilis nature.

» เมื่อเวลา 03.00 น .วันที่ 7 มกราคม 2561 เจ้าหน้าที่ตำรวจ สภ.ท่าอากาศยานสุวรรณภูมิ สมุทรปราการ พร้อมชุดปฎิบัติการพิเศษท่าอากาศยานสุวรรณภูมิ ร่วมกันจับกุมตัว นายรีฮารี ทูฟิก ( MR.REHAHLIA TOUFIK ) อายุ 33 ปี สัญชาติฝรั่งเศส ผู้ต้องหาลักทรัพย์ท่าอากาศยานสุวรรณภูมิ พร้อมด้วยของกลางเงินสกุลดอลล่า 1.ธนบัตรสกุลเงินดอลล่าสหรัฐ ฉบับละ 100 จำนวน 50 ใบ โดยซุกซ่อนอยู่ในถุงเท้าสีน้ำตาลเก็บซ่อนไว้ในกระเป๋าเดินทางสีดำ 2.ธนบัตรสกุลเงินดอลล่าสหรัฐ ฉบับละ 100 จำนวน 42 ใบ โดยซุกซ่อนอยู่ในกระเป๋าสะพายข้างสีดำซึ่งผู้ต้องหาสะพายอยู่ขณะถูกจับกุม 3.เสื้อยืดแขนยาวสีแดง (ตัวที่ใส่วันก่อเหตุ)จำนวน 1 ตัว โดยจับกุมตัวได้ที่โรงแรมแห่งหนึ่งในกรุงเทพมหานคร สืบเนื่องจากเมื่อวันที่ 6 ม.ค. 2560 นายโมฮัมเหม็ด กาเบอร์ อาฮาเหม็ด อาฮาเหม็ดอิบบราฮิม( MR.MOHAMMED GABER AHAMED AHAMED IBRAHIM ) นักท่องเที่ยวสัญชาติอียิปต์ ผู้เสียหาย ได้มาแจ้งความร้องทุกข์ที่ สภ.ท่าอากาศยานสุวรรณภูมิ ว่า ขณะเดินทางมาถึงท่าอากาศยานสุวรรณภูมิ และได้ไปซื้อ ซิมการ์ดโทรศัพท์ ที่ร้านแคทเทเลคอมบริเวณชั้น 2 ท่าอากาศยานสุวรรณภูมิและได้ลืมกระเป๋าสะพายไว้ที่ร้าน ต่อมานึกขึ้นได้ จึงรีบกลับมาตรวจสอบที่ร้านแคทเทเลคอมพบว่าเงินของตนประมาณ 10,170 ดอลล่าสหรัฐ ซึ่งตนใส่ไว้ในกระเป๋าสะพายใบดังกล่าวได้หายไป จึงเดินทางเข้าแจ้งความร้องทุกข์ต่อเจ้าหน้าที่ตำรวจ เพื่อให้ติดตามจับกุมผู้ก่อเหตุ หลังทราบข้อมูลเจ้าหน้าที่ชุดสืบสวนได้ประสานเจ้าหน้าที่ศูนย์รักษาความปลอดภัยท่าอากาศยานสุวรรณภูมิเพื่อขอตรวจสอบกล้องวงจรปิดในจุดที่เกิดเหตุ จนกระทั้งได้ทราบว่าผู้ก่อเหตุคือนาย รีฮารี ทูฟิก อายุ 33 ปี ถือหนังสือเดินทางหมายเลข 15DK10830 จึงได้ออกสืบสวนติดตามจนกระทั่งทราบว่า นายรีฮารี ทูฟิก ( MR.REHAHLIA TOUFIK ) อายุ 33 ปี สัญชาติฝรั่งเศส ผู้ก่อเหตุหลังเดินทางเข้ามาในประเทศไทยได้เข้าพักที่โรงแรมแห่งหนึ่งในกรุงเทพมหานคร จึงได้นำกำลังเข้าจับกุมตัวเอาไว้ได้พร้อมของกลางทั้งหมดก่อนคุมตัวมาทำการสอบสวน สภ.ท่าอากาศยานสุวรรณภูมิ จากการตรวจค้นพบธนบัตรสกุลเงินดอลล่าสหรัฐ ฉบับละ 100 จำนวน 42 ใบ อยู่ภายในกระเป๋าสะพายสีดำของผู้ต้องหาที่สะพายอยู่ และเมื่อทำการตรวจค้นกระเป๋าเดินทางสีดำของผู้ต้องหาพบธนบัตรสกุลเงินดอลล่าสหรัฐ ฉบับละ 100 จำนวน 50 ใบ พับไว้ในถุงเท้าสีน้ำตาล ซุกซ่อนอยู่ภายในชั้นล่างของกระเป๋าเดินทางสีดำใบดังกล่าว ( รวมเป็นเงินทั้งสิ้น 9,200 ดอลล่าสหรัฐ ) และพบเสื้อยืดแขนยาวสีแดง ตัวที่นายรีฮารี ทูฟิก สวมใส่ในวันเกิดเหตุ อยู่ภายในกระเป๋าเดินทาง จากการสอบสวนนายรีฮารี ทูฟิก ให้การรับว่า เมื่อวันที่ 6 มกราคม 2561 เวลาประมาณ 21.00 น. ตนได้หยิบเงินจำนวนดังกล่าวจากกระเป๋าของผู้เสียหายซึ่งวางอยู่ภายในร้านแคทเทเลคอมไปจริง เจ้าพนักงานตำรวจชุดจับกุมจึงได้แจ้งข้อกล่าวหาให้ นายรีฮารี ทูฟิก ว่า ลักทรัพย์หรือรับของโจร ในท่าอากาศยาน ในเวลากลางคืน ก่อนคุมตัวพร้อมของกลาง ส่งพนักงานสอบสวน สภ.ท่าอากาศยานสุวรรณภูมิ สมุทรปราการดำเนินคดีตามกฎหมายต่อไป A French national was arrested at a hotel in Bangkok yesterday for allegedly stealing money from an Egyptian tourist at Suvarnabhumi airport.
