MEA holds year’s 2nd professional electrician workshop to promote certified skills standards

» Mr. Chaturon Suriyasin, Assistant Governor of the Metropolitan Electricity Authority (MEA), presided over training and evaluation interviews for a Certificate of Skill training for indoor electronic installation, level 1, in collaboration with Bangkok Institute for Skill Development 13, under the Department of Skill Development. The programme, which is free to all participants, is aimed at strengthening the profession in the community, and creating a network of people trained in preventing risks and the dangers of electricity use in their community. The event was held during 12 - 14 June 2019, with theoretical training taking place at the Metropolitan Electricity Authority’s Ploenchit Office on the 12th while practical tests were conducted at the Institute of Skill Development 13 on the 13th to the 14th.
