» พิษณุโลกจัดคลินิกกัญชาทางการแพทย์แบบบูรณาการสัญจร และนิทรรศการมหัศจรรย์กัญชาทางการแพทย์วันที่ 1 เมษายน 2564 เวลา 11.00 น.ห้องประชุมสุพรรณิการ์ศูนย์แพทยศาสตรศึกษาชั้นคลินิก โรงพยาบาลพุทธชินราช พิษณุโลก นายรณชัย จิตรวิเศษ ผู้ว่าราชการจังหวัดพิษณุโลก เป็นประธานเปิดกิจกรรมคลินิกกัญชาทางการแพทย์แบบบูรณาการสัญจร จังหวัดพิษณุโลก และนิทรรศการมหัศจรรย์กัญชาทางการแพทย์ โดยมี นายแพทย์ ไกรสุข เพชระบูรณิน นายแพทย์สาธารณสุขจังหวัดพิษณุโลก คณะผู้บริหารสำนักงานสาธารณสุขจังหวัดพิษณุโลก ผู้อำนวยการโรงพยาบาลพุทธชินราช พิษณุโลก ผู้อำนวยการโรงพยาบาลชุมชนทุกแห่ง ผู้อำนวยการโรงพยาบาลจิตเวชพิษณุโลก และ ผู้เข้าร่วมกิจกรรมนโยบายกระทรวงสาธารณสุข ประจำปี พ.ศ. 2564 – 2565 ข้อที่ 3 ว่าด้วยการสนับสนุน ส่งเสริม สมุนไพรไทย กัญชา กัญชง ให้เป็นพืชเศรษฐกิจที่มีคุณค่าทางการแพทย์ ประชาชนเข้าถึงและได้ใช้เพื่อสุขภาพ โดยพัฒนาระบบบริการสุขภาพ สาขาการใช้กัญชาทางการแพทย์ เพื่อเพิ่มโอกาสการเข้าถึงบริการให้กับประชาชน ตามประมวลกฎหมายยาเสพติด และพระราชบัญญัติยาเสพติดให้โทษ (ฉบับที่ 7) พ.ศ.2562 ประกาศในราชกิจจานุเบกษา เมื่อวันที่ 18 กุมภาพันธ์ 2562 มีสาระสำคัญให้สามารถนำกัญชาและกระท่อม มาใช้เสพ เพื่อประโยชน์ทางการแพทย์และการศึกษาวิจัย ซึ่งกัญชาเป็นเครื่องยาของไทยที่มีการใช้มายาวนานทั้งตำรับยาในราชสำนัก และตำรับยาพื้นบ้านในการรักษาโรคหลายกลุ่มอาการ ตามองค์ความรู้การแพทย์แผนไทย ตามพระราชบัญญัติยาเสพติด ให้โทษ กำหนดให้กัญชาเป็นยาเสพติดให้โทษในประเภท 5 เช่นเดียวกับพืชกระท่อม พืชฝิ่น ปัจจุบันมีผลการวิจัยว่าสารสกัดจากกัญชามีประโยชน์ทางการแพทย์หลายประเทศทั่วโลกรวมถึงประเทศไทยได้ผ่อนปรนให้สามารถนำกัญชาใช้ในศึกษาวิจัย เพื่อประโยชน์ทางการแพทย์ สามารถใช้รักษาภายใต้การดูแล และควบคุมของแพทย์ได้ ปัจจุบันมีการใช้น้ำมันกัญชา (cannabis oil) เพื่อบรรเทาอาการหรือรักษาโรคต่าง ๆ แพร่หลายมากขึ้นการจัดกิจกรรมในครั้งนี้ จะช่วยขับเคลื่อนการจัดบริการคลินิกกัญชาทางการแพทย์แบบบูรณาการ ในสถานบริการสาธารณสุขภาครัฐ เป็นการเผยแพร่ความรู้เกี่ยวกับกัญชาทางการแพทย์ ให้กับผู้รับบริการ/ประชาชนผู้สนใจ รวมถึง การประชาสัมพันธ์การจัดบริการคลินิกกัญชาทางการแพทย์แบบบูรณาการ จังหวัดพิษณุโลก เพื่อเพิ่มโอกาสการเข้าถึงบริการของประชาชนในการรับบริการได้มากขึ้นPhoto By CHINNAWAT SINGHAPublished caption : Buddhachinaraj Hospital in Phitsanulok province launches a public education campaign called ‘Amazing Cannabis’ at the hospital’s medical cannabis clinic yesterday.
