» Muslim communities have a long history of making an impact on our landscape. There are around 3,500 mosques scattered around the country, with over 200 in Bangkok and nearby areas, some of them dating back over a century. While the areas of Charoen Krung, Ramkamhaeng and Minburi are known for their concentration of Muslim communities, in terms of architecture some of the most exquisite and unspoilt mosques lie elsewhere, especially in the South. Bus hub move can halt terminal decline

» The Ministry of Transport recently decided to move the bus terminal for Thailand's Northern and Northeastern bus routes, currently at Mor Chit, out of town to the Rangsit area. The relocation of the bus hub is expected to be complete within the next two years.
