An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure

ยป We consume food saturated with harmful pesticides, chemicals, flavour enhancers, colouring agents and preservatives such as MSG, dyes and aluminum on a daily basis. Not to mention harmful beverages like alcohol, soda, coffee, and did I mention alcohol? Although our bodies are designed to automatically eliminate and neutralise toxins through the colon, liver, kidneys, lungs, lymphatic system and skin, unfortunately in today's environment, with the pollution in the air and the food we consume, it's hard for the body to keep up. Many times the toxins get left over and eventually accumulate causing headaches, depression, asthma, hypertension, memory loss, insomnia, diabetes and even cancer. Maybe getting a detox every once in a while can assist the body with the cleansing process.
