» Earlier this year, we got to see BNK48: One Take, an emotional rollercoaster documentary by director Manatsanun Panlertwongskul, which follows members of the famous Thai idol girl group and showcases their ups and downs. The film was released by Netflix as the first original Thai documentary back in June.

Promoter 75th Curveball presents 'Super Sugar Pipehole Mini Festival'

» After organising smaller concerts over the past few years, promoter 75th Curveball is finally ready for their first and proper event called "Super Sugar Pipehole Mini Festival" featuring some of the hottest local and international indie acts, from 2pm to midnight on Dec 18, at Livecore Bearing 43, Samut Prakan. 75th Curveball is a concert project by Rungsimun "Jaa" Suwiruttanapast of the cult indie rock band Hariguem Zaboy, who is also a co-founder of music label Flaxxist Records. Hariguem Zaboy are a headliner, and Rungsimun handpicked and curated the line-up of friends and musicians for "Super Sugar Pipehole" himself, which includes veteran Thai shoegaze outfit Desktop Error; psychedelic rockers Khana Bierbood; and Gene Mahasmut's folk rock project Little Fox, as well as newcomers like Soft Pine and Dogwhine. Singaporean guitar pop quartet Blush will also join in the fun for the one-day music festival.
