» If you like to be festive but prefer to dine on something that qualifies as a celebration simply by being exquisite, as opposed to just pushing all the traditional buttons, you are probably scanning the Christmas listings for inserts that don't even mention turkey or plum pudding. That will lead you to scrutinizing the Asian restaurant rundowns closely. However, it won't necessarily occur to you that a small handful of Western fine dining outlets around town are bold enough to come up with something of their own that is a bit different and just as, if not more, exciting than the perennials.
