» Reigning Masters champion Patrick Reed is taking lessons from veteran swing coach David Leadbetter. This news made me slip back down memory lane, of me arriving at his academy in Florida many years ago. I was just starting my career as a coach and had this idea of asking my students to sponsor me to go over, from Australia, to take some lessons from him. After much deliberation, I called my regulars who, upon hearing my anguished proposition for funds, agreed to pay upfront for several David Leadbetter inspired lessons that I would give them upon my return.
