XPENG X9 Debuts in Thailand with Landmark Arrival

» The wait is over! XPENG, a premium high-tech smart electric vehicle brand, has officially delivered the first batch of the XPENG X9, an ultra-smart coupe MPV electric van, to Thailand. This marks the world’s first right-hand drive production of this model, solidifying Thailand’s role as a key player in the Asia-Pacific automotive market. The official launch event was attended by Mr. He Xiaopeng, Chairman and CEO of XPENG, who personally drove the first X9 onto the vessel at the official export ceremony at Nansha Port, Guangzhou, China, on 22 February 2025. The shipment arrived at Laem Chabang Port, Thailand, on 27 February, paving the way for the brand’s expansion in the region.
