    » Last July, a viral video showed the celebrated MC Diana Jongjintanakarn trying to hold back her tears while talking on the phone with an elderly Covid-19 patient who had low blood oxygen levels. When Diana told the patient to breathe in and out slowly, she became emotional. She then handed the phone to her friend because she could not hold back her tears. The elderly patient later passed away.

He's also the brain behind TypeThai, a popular Facebook page and a YouTube channel that celebrates-slash-satirises Thai idiosyncrasies in all their glory.

He provided the voices to more than 10 nang talung shadow puppets, sang along with fast-paced southern music, and occasionally slipped in jokes and current events. Although the audience from Bangkok did not understand the southern dialect, they felt the characters' emotions as the shadow puppets danced behind the white-cloth screen.
