Red-shirt MPs to present amnesty bill

» Twenty-one MPs of the Pheu Thai Party will submit a draft bill to the House speaker for an amnesty for those who took part in political rallies from Sept 19, 2006 to May 10, 2011 regardless of their political colour codes, except protest leaders who made decisions and issued orders for those activities, Samut Prakan MP Vorachai Hema said.
