These are many nice condomunium complexes in Bangkok Metroplex including over looking Chao Phraya river. Why is condominium? Condominium has land that is a community property and no single individual owning the land. Oh, there is a very nice adandoned condominium project next to the Chao Phraya river with over 100 stories, and I wish that some foreign developers would come in and take over the project...preferably US companies with American style of property management and local investers.
