    • Anonymous commented : Is it Tre or Tress? If you do not want to have headache in dealing with Thai legal system, you can purchase condominium in your name. These are many nice condomunium complexes in Bangkok Metroplex including over looking Chao Phraya river. Why is condominium? Condominium has land that is a community property and no single individual owning the land. Oh, there is a very nice adandoned condominium project next to the Chao Phraya river with over 100 stories, and I wish that some foreign developers would come in and take over the project...preferably US companies with American style of property management and local investers.
