ยป 'Football is like a religion to me," says Ron van Oijen, who is finishing out his term as CEO of American International Insurance. And indeed the exec, better known as "Khun Ron" to the many clubs he's assisted countrywide, has demonstrated his devotion to the sport. Along with playing it for as long as he can remember, over the past three years he's used his position as head of the insurance provider to help fast-track its growth in Thailand, particularly as it pertains to youth development.
