A sculpture to celebrate Thai-Italian relations

» The two boats are perched atop the 3m-high vertical pillars, carved to resemble a group of slender buildings. The boats are indigenous to Italy and Thailand -- the Venetian gondola and the traditional Thai e-pong -- and the pillars recall the architectural style of each country.
