Database, Don Sambandaraksa, Published on 31/03/2010
» How much should Channel 3 pay for its 10-year concession extension? Half a billion baht? One billion? How about something along the lines of a trillion and a half? Broadcasting and telecommunications are converging in more ways than one and perhaps Thailand should rethink whether it actually needs a spectrum-hogging UHF broadcaster in this day and age, and if the resources could be put to better use elsewhere.

Confusion reigns over three-point-whatever
Database, Don Sambandaraksa, Published on 15/09/2010
» Just what is 3.9G? To most of the world, 3.9G means LTE, long term evolution, but for Thai people 3.9G is a vague concept of 42MBPS, but quite what technology it is seems to be beyond most of the people I asked at the 3.9G Thailand Human DNA event.
