Effective organisations and countries prioritise issues to be attacked in terms of importance, putting the most important first; the Palang Pracharath Party, core of the new government, should do the same instead of focusing on minor items like dress codes for MPs. The PPRP wasn't voters' first choice until election rules were changed after votes had been counted, and took over four months to form a cabinet overflowing with scandal-tainted and/or Thaksin-affiliated faces.

New research shows that women still occupy less than one-fifth of senior leadership spots. Progress has been made, but there is still work to be done. If the energy sector maintains its current pace, 50-50 gender parity won't be reached until 2058.
