    What's in Marie Kondo's closet?

    Life, Published on 04/02/2019

» The unlikely television hit of this new year is Netflix's Tidying Up With Marie Kondo. With each episode, Kondo, a Japanese consultant and author of international best-sellers on how to reduce clutter, applies her signature "KonMari" process to a different Los Angeles home. The system is simple: keep only the things that "spark joy" in you. Everything else can be tossed. Evidence of Kondo's growing influence can be seen at America's thrift stores, many of which are reporting a surge in donations since the Netflix show debuted last month.

Life, Tatat Bunnag, Published on 03/02/2023

» The Oscars is coming up soon. And while it should be an exciting time for any film lover, I can't help but feel a bit let down by this year's nominations, especially for the Best Picture category. And I have no clue how Top Gun: Maverick managed to get nominated for best movie of the year. So I had kind of lost interest in this year's awards -- until I recently had a chance to watch another nominee, The Fabelmans, the latest film by Steven Spielberg. Suddenly my interest returned.

    Coldplay across the universe

Life, Kong Rithdee, Published on 07/02/2024
