» If you are one of those who cannot function without coffee, you will just love the latest treatment offered by Devarana Spa at Dusit Thani Bangkok. Even non-lovers of coffee will find the treatment enjoyable. Who doesn't love a good oil massage, anyway?

LIFE

Blood, sweat and tweets

Muse, Napamon Roongwitoo, Published on 28/03/2015

» Exercise is great, but our creativity to come up with excuses not to exercise sometimes stops us from taking that step. Having no time to exercise is the biggest excuse people give. With Nike+ Training Club (NTC) app, you are going to need to come up with a new excuse.

LIFE

No-holds-barred workouts

Life, Napamon Roongwitoo, Published on 10/02/2015

» Just when you think Bangkok has already taken up every new exercise method imaginable, here comes another one you've probably never heard of. Barre exercise, wildly popular in New York, has come to town.

LIFE

Accessing your animal instinct

Life, Napamon Roongwitoo, Published on 06/01/2015

» Functional training was a major hit last year, as people started to ditch the treadmill and opt for workout "toys" that promised to enhance their performance in their daily activities, such as walking up stairs and balancing on the back of a motorbike taxi.
