Chevron Honoured for Thai Development and Social Impact

» Chevron Thailand Exploration and Production, Ltd. has received the prestigious “Thai Development Award” from Mr. Vijavat Isarabhakdi, Vice Minister of Foreign Affairs, in recognition of its long-standing “Lower Carbon Biogas Rubber Project”. Running for more than a decade, the initiative has delivered measurable results by reducing the environmental impact of smoked rubber sheet production while lowering costs and increasing income for farmers. Chevron was also honoured with the “AMCHAM Corporate Social Impact Award” at the Platinum level for the 16th consecutive year. The award was presented by Mr. Robert F. Godec, U.S. Ambassador to Thailand. Ms. Pornsuree Konanta, Vice President of Corporate Affairs at Chevron Thailand Exploration and Production, Ltd., accepted both awards at the AMCHAM Corporate Social Impact Awards 2025 ceremony held at Hotel Nikko Bangkok.
