Image-building in the post-flood era

Much has been said since then about creating a "New Thailand" and restoring the country's appeal. Hasan Basar, a co-founder of Bangkok Public Relations Ltd, who has counselled many political leaders including Prime Minister Anand Panyarachun after the Black May emergency of 1992, talked to Pitsinee Jitpleecheep about his view on recreating the kingdom in the post-flood era.
