Capo raises legal pressure on Suthep

» The Centre for the Administration of Peace and Order (Capo) has accepted the Pheu Thai Party's petition that it file another case against People's Democratic Reform Committee (PDRC) secretary-general Suthep Thaugsuban for alleged infringement of His Majesty the King's power by proposing a prime minister under Section 7 of the constitution,Department of Special Investigation (DSI) chief Tarit Pengdith said.
