The event features five special dishes, offering a variety of flavours including both Thai-inspired spicy options and classic Scandinavian-style favourites, all made with premium salmon sourced sustainably from Norway. The menu includes soy marinated salmon, spicy salmon with rice, pineapple sweet chili salmon with rice, salmon steak with stir-fried vegetable rice, and grilled salmon steak with mixed vegetables. Each dish showcases a perfect blend of quality ingredients and creative flavours. Experience fresh, delicious food that is good for the world and the heart, at an affordable price at the IKEA Swedish Restaurant. Customers can also shop for salmon products such as salmon fillets, smoked salmon, and cured salmon at special prices at the Swedish Food Market at IKEA Bangna, IKEA Bang Yai, and IKEA Sukhumvit throughout May.

IKEA Thailand Debuts Meatball Ice Cream & New Swedish Snacks

» IKEA Thailand is unveiling a new Swedish-style menu filled with creativity and exciting flavours, highlighted by the signature Meatball Ice Cream, reimagining IKEA's iconic meatball dish into a delightful dessert. The menu also includes seven savoury snack items, such as multigrain bread served with marinated salmon and mozzarella cheese, as well as soft buns with scrambled eggs and cheese. Additionally, IKEA introduces eight new ice cream flavours, including Pistachio Chocolate Chip and Butter Scotch Almond Caramel. All these new menu items will first be available at the IKEA Swedish Café and the Ice Cream Shop at IKEA Bangna on the G floor starting March 20, 2025, offering an exciting new way to experience Swedish cuisine.

Customers are invited to donate IKEA furniture and bedding to help those affected by floods. IKEA will provide gift cards to donors as a token of appreciation (subject to the company's buyback conditions).
