» We are writing further on the topic of the emerging approach of supply chain coaching. As we have written before, we see this as a most effective way to bridge the gap in supply chain management (SCM) between classroom education and training, the traditional education from the institutions, to the very basic and pragmatic knowledge embedded in the organisation so that, on a day-to-day basis, supply teams are truly effectively in alignment with a company's objectives.
