» Surat Thani – PTT Exploration and Production Public Company Limited (PTTEP), in collaboration with the Department of Marine and Coastal Resources (DMCR), has begun placing the “Ocean For Life” underwater sculptures of art at Koh Tao, Surat Thani province.
