» The military's National Council for Peace and Order has invoked a nationwide curfew since the coup d'état on May 22. The original order prohibited people from leaving home from 10pm to 5am. The period was later shortened on May 28 to between midnight and 4am. Specific groups, such as private-sector employees and state officials working night shifts are exempted. Despite the curfew, life goes on in the City of Angels. (Video by Jetjaras Na Ranong and Chumporn Sangvilert)
