» Tidlor Holdings Public Company Limited, or Tidlor Holdings (TIDLOR) (the “Group”), announced that the Board of Directors’ Special Meeting No. 3/2026, held on 9 April 2026, resolved to appoint Mrs. Athitaya Phoonwathu as Managing Director of the Group and Ngern Tid Lor Public Company Limited (a subsidiary). The appointment is currently subject to approval from relevant regulatory authorities.
