The brainchild of executive chef James Norman, diners get to select ingredients and choose to have it prepared either in an "Asian" or "Non-Asian" interpretation and presentation. Diners are encouraged to select multiple ingredients and see what the chefs are able to come up with. Protein options include lobster, bluefin tuna, 48-hour braised pork rib, New York strip, oysters and much more, while guests can also choose seasonings like chilli, ginger, mango, apple and lychee.
