Rights lawyers push stateless boy's adoption

» The Lawyers Council of Thailand (LCT) yesterday petitioned the Central Juvenile and Family Court to order state authorities to grant a Myanmar couple the right to adopt a 7-year-old stateless boy they have raised from infancy.
