We certainly have, which is why we reached out to Dax Ward, the man who captured these places for us so we didn't have to. An American, Bangkok-based photographer, Ward's works have been featured in CNN Style, The Guardian, Lonely Planet and other well-known publications. His beautifully haunting photos of abandoned sites in Thailand are on display at "Abandonia", at Wishbeer the Vue on Charoen Nakhon 13 until Jul 24. We spoke to Ward about his love for the "abandoned".

» 1. Missed last year’s "The Doraemon Exhibition Tokyo 2017"? No need for tears, as basics giant Uniqlo is bringing one of the designs that was showcased during the exhibition into their stores. Twenty-eight leading Japanese artists were invited to create artworks featuring Doraemon, and Uniqlo is bringing the work of one of the most popular and recognised artists to your closet. Everybody’s favourite robot cat gets floral treatment like you’ve never seen before by everybody’s favourite flowery artist Takashi Murakami. A total of 15 tees will be featuring Doraemon with a splash of Murakami flowers in all colours of the rainbow.
