You see, some Thai names and nicknames just sound so unfavourable in English. You know, the likes of Poo, Pee or Porn for instance, for obvious reasons.

» I've been to Chiang Mai three times in my life. And while there are so many things to remember the province by - the nice weather, the low-roof song taew, finding Guru at All Seasons Chiang Mai, crowded but colourful walking streets, that media-whore of a panda, that vendor guy who scoops up sizzling fried chicken with his bare hands, and that guy who handed me his name card and told me he could procure young girls for my pleasure - the one aspect that stood out the most is the food. (Possibly because I'm fat).
