» Pheu Thai heavyweights are still widely divided on how the party should proceed with the charter amendments bill after the Constitution Court last Friday dismissed the charge of attempting to osubvert the constitutional monarchy brought against the party, and suggested that charter should be amended section-by-section and that a referendum be called.
