» Following the recent comments on the proposal to universally fit vehicles with GPS, it seems that the Transport Minister may have proposed a solution without defining a problem. The problems seem to include abysmally poor and unchecked standards of driving, not the inability to locate a vehicle which may be subject of criminal proceedings.
