» Marking the fifth anniversary of the disappearance of the Karen forest activist Porlajee "Billy" Rakchongcharoen, who went missing in Kaeng Krachan National Park in Phetchaburi province, Amnesty International Thailand is seeking the new government's support to pass a draft law to criminalise enforced disappearances and torture by state officials.
