There, an estimated 1.4 million members of the Rohingya population, who have fled atrocities at the hands of Myanmar soldiers, are facing hardship. Due to their large numbers, humanitarian-aid agencies are barely able to offer basic necessities such as food, shelter and medicine, and often campaign for donations.
